At Gerald Platt Educational Consultancy Group, we bridge and foster connections between educational service provider entities, public-school systems, governmental agencies, and private/nonpublic school organizations. Our commitment to revolutionizing education is evident in our mission to bridge the gap between educational service providers and public/private school systems. We operate as a standard business-to-business (B2B) level referral agency, specializing in two primary areas:
1. Facilitating Partnerships:
We identify and match public school systems, independent public-school programs, and other public agencies with established nonpublic educational organizations and programs seeking to expand their reach within public-school catchment areas. By fostering strategic partnerships, we aim to increase the availability of educational options for students who may require alternative settings not readily available in their public-school systems.
2. Talent Acquisition:
We network and connect public school systems, independent public schools, private, and non-public school organizations with nationally accredited educational talent acquisition agencies. These agencies provide pre-screened, highly qualified teacher and instructional assistant applicants through the United States Department of State’s International Visa programs. Our goal is to assist educational service providers in minimizing the impact of and resolving staffing shortages by sourcing skilled professionals ready to contribute to the local communities.
Foremost in our service mission is the commitment to empowering private and non-public school organizations and programs to extend their positive impact within local communities across the United States, with the end goal of ultimately fostering enhanced student achievement. We endeavor to raise awareness among public school systems, independent public schools, and public agencies about the valuable contributions and accessibility of these alternative educational settings. Concurrently, through our expanding network of talent acquisition agencies, we provide comprehensive support to public school systems, independent public schools, private institutions, and non-public school organizations. This support includes sourcing vetted, highly qualified, and appropriately credentialed general and special education teachers, as well as instructional assistants, who are eager to contribute their expertise and thrive within the United States.
